The Richter Team

President

Gary Richter , President of RCI, married to wife Karen and have two sons, Ryan and Chris, who is working full-time for the company. Gary also grew up in the family business, working with the construction crews on framing, foundation, and finish carpentry work. After earning a B.S. ('75) and M.Ed. ('77) from Northeast Louisiana University, he took a high school teaching/coaching position in Monroe, Louisiana. In the summer of 1985 he and his family returned to South Texas and the family business. 

Gary is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also part owner of Capital Well Service and serves on the company Board of Directors. Gary has also served on the Atascosa Economic Development Board of Directors and the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.


Vice President 

Chris Richter , the 5th generation in RCI, attended Del Mar College, started working for the busines full time in 2005, currently oversees field operations and estimating.


Comptroller 

Karen Richter , married to Gary Richter, attended Northeast Louisanna University has been working for the company since 2002. Prior to RCI she was Head of Humman Resources and secretary/treasurer for Dawson Production Services for 9 years. Prior to that she worked as office manager for Terry Denman and Associates Engineering Firm.


Superintendent 

Rudy Ximenez , started working full time for the company in 1978 after working part time while finishing high school,  supervises framing and finishing crews.


Superintendent

Don Luna , started working for the company in 1978 after working in his family's roofing business, supervises framing and finishing crews.
